Description:

As a member of the Operations team, you will be instrumental in keeping our shipping, logistics and internal processes running smoothly.  In this role you will learn how to efficiently ship different types of products, manage inventories, process returns, source packaging, and more.  You'll communicate both with our customers and with our factories in Asia and Europe.  Overall, you’ll have an opportunity to gain experience in fabrics, garment construction, design, and how to give incredible customer service.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sample orders for customers 
  • Track and manage product inventory 
  • Order fulfillment for all stocked products
  • Receive and organize returned products
  • Assist with product and campaign photo shoots
  • Communicate with customers daily
  • Ensure the showroom is organized and product well presented
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can better optimize operations

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail oriented and organized 
  • Hard worker with a “no task too small” mentality
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive and energetic attitude!
  • Interest in menswear or entrepreneurship
  • Strong communication skills

 

Other Details:

  • This position requires you to be in the office. We take all possible precautions due to Covid-19 and only allow a small number of team members in the office at one time. 
  • This is a Temporary position for 3 months. After that time we will re-evaluate and possibly bring employee on in a Permanent role. 
  • This role can be Part Time or Full Time, depending on your availability.
