Description:

As our first ever showroom coordinator, you will be the first face our customers see when they enter our SOHO showroom. You will coordinate appointments, direct traffic, and ensure that our customers have a stellar showroom experience from start to finish! This is a new position at Proper Cloth – and you will help to define it! This job is part time (with potential to go full time/salary) - and will involve working evenings (until 7:30 PM) and Saturdays (from 10:30-7:30) 

What you'll do:

  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience
  • Greet our customers with a smile and tell them everything they need to know about their appointments!
  • Support our showroom team by managing our appointment schedule and directing traffic in our always busy (and sometimes very busy!) SOHO showroom
  • Help our showroom team keep our space beautiful. 
  • Work directly with management to help us improve the customer experience! You will be our ear to the ground – noticing trends in the showroom and bringing them to the attention of our tech, marketing, and product teams. We are a small team – everybody’s input counts!
